Good quality unbiased advice is always available free of charge to our customers.
2. Obtaining Service
As our premises are small, holding a wide variety of goods can be difficult. Hence we offer to obtain any goods you request both promptly and at a competitive price.
3. Prescription Item Requests
If you phone/fax/email us or leave a message on our evening answer phone service. We will endeavour to have your stock ready for when you present your prescription.
4. Support Services
We believe very strongly in supporting our patients. To this goal, we provide a variety of solutions to assist our clients. This many vary from collecting prescriptions, delivering them to the patients home, and /or managing their repeat prescriptions.
5. Clinical Services
New services being offered are :
a) Blood Pressure Monitoring Service. This can be conducted in either the Pharmacy or in the patients home. A nominal charge of £1 per session is made.
b) Diabetic Screening Service. Offered from the pharmacy at £1. A small sample of blood is withdrawn by a lancet and the sample tested for blood glucose level. Charge of £3 per screen
c) Tens Machine Loan Service. A tens machine is loaned out for 1 Calendar month for a charge of £25 per month. Support, advice and set up are provided.Please see store window or contact the manager for more information.
