Migraine Help

Non pharmacological Approaches

    a)  Avoid triggers, where possible.

    b)  Eat regularly

    c)  Maintain a good sleep regime (retiring and rising at the same time every day, including weekends).

    d)  Drink water and reduce caffeine and alcohol intake

    e)  Take regular breaks at work, in particular if using a computer.

Help others to help you by keeping a migraine diary.

Non Pharmaceutical

Feverfew

What else can you try?

Prochlorperazine (Buccatem M)-Sub-lingual tablet to stop nausea

Domepidone (Motilium)- For sickness feeling
